These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 990k3 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered by 990k3.

By completing the registration process, making your first deposit, or simply browsing our platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. This acceptance includes our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Each individual is only permitted to own one account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and confiscation of any available funds.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account, including your password and all activities that occur under that account. 990k3 strongly recommends using a strong password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.

Our platform supports two-factor authentication (2FA), which can be enabled through your account settings. This feature adds an extra layer of security that is especially useful for protecting your funds and personal information.

• Never share your password or account details with anyone, including family members.
• Always log out of your account when using a shared device.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. An administrative fee of RM10 per month may be charged on dormant accounts once the balance falls below the minimum threshold. You will be notified via your registered email before any charges are applied.

990k3's maximum liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

990k3 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Owning or operating multiple accounts.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Use of automation software, bots, or other unfair methods.
• Actions that harm other members or the reputation of the platform.

If an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, 990k3 reserves the right to freeze withdrawals and submit relevant information to the appropriate authorities. For account closures due to other legitimate reasons, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the member within 14 business days after the investigation is complete.
